Returns Policy
ONLINE JEWELLERY PURCHASES
As a service to our customers, we offer a 14 days inspection period for Jewellery item(s) purchased online via our website. The 14 days period begins when you signed and received delivery parcel from the shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a full refund price of the item(s) or store credit. After the 14 days inspection period but no later than 21 days, items can be returned for store credit only. Returns will not be accepted after 21 days; however, you’re entitled to our Lifetime Trade Up program. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition as it was sent to you with sales tag attached. Any alterations and/or modifications to the tag(s) may not be accepted or incur a restocking fee. If item(s) show signs of wear from regular use, it will not be accepted. Item(s) must be in its original packaging, tax invoice and other documentations (if any), sent with the parcel must also be returned together.
ONLINE GEMSTONES PURCHASES
We believe that all our customers should be able to inspect our gemstones in-person, and as such, we offer 3 days inspection period for all gemstones purchased online via our website. The 3 days period begins when you signed and received delivery parcel from the shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a full refund price of the item(s) or store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 3 days. All gemstones and pearls must be in their original condition and returned with the packaging it came in. Gemstones and pearls will not be accepted for a refund if they have been, set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weigh differently, damaged or have been altered in any way.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for all orders within Australia. Parcels are shipped from Melbourne with a regular delivery timeframe of 3-9 day. Express delivery option is available at $9.95. Orders received will generally be dispatched within 1 working day but on some rare occasions we ask that customers allow 2 working days. Orders will be shipped to your billing address. International orders recieve a special discounted rate at checkout. All delivery services will be carried out by Australia Post and will be trackable here.
