Business is as usual for online orders. Some restrictions for face to face appointments.
Major international shipping delays are expected for standard shipping methods. Australia Post has announced that there are major disruption to their international networks due to the amount of flights available. To minimise the risk of loss parcels, we have temporarily suspended regular international shipping option. Express transit times are as usual with slight delay.
Due to reductions in the number of flights in and out and within Australia, shipping transit times are longer than usual. Nevertheless, Australia Post and other major couriers we use are still operating but under heavy loading. Domestic transit times
Additional sanitary and hygiene measures have been put in-place at our office to ensure that all outgoing orders are handled in the most sterile possible manner. Social distancing guidelines provided by the Australina Department of Health are strictly followed.
Appointments are still available. We abide by the social distancing guidelines provided by the Australian Department of Health. Please ensure to read the guidelines when attending an appointment with us. A maximum of 4 people is allowed within the premises at any given time. We can also provide appointments via video conferencing with Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp or Messenger.
At the present time, there is no lockdown imposed on our type of business.
Although shipment of our supply is taking longer than usual, there are no interruptions to our supply from Myanmar (Burma). Plus, we have plenty of stock locally.
