Jadeite is one of the most valuable gemstone in the world. There are many imitations (fakes) and treated jade in the market that are low value but looks like high quality jade. All of our products are checked by a professional gemmologist to ensure you're getting a genuine natural product as described.
Authentic Jade is categorised into two different minerals: Jadeite and Nephrite. We only carry the Jadeite variety which is the more valuable type of Jade that comes only from Burma (Myanmar).
All of our Jade Bangles are accompanied by a Gurantee Certificate that describes the specifications of the individual bangle and that it's 100% natural, untreated Type A Jadeite.
The world's only commercial source of Jadeite is in Myanmar (Burma). All of our Jade products are handmade and comes directly from Burma.
Each jade bangle is painstakingly photographed in a professional studio. All photos are colour-calibrated to ensure that they are as close to the true colours when viewed in person. No filter or modification of colour are applied. The bangles are presented on a white background for the most accurate representation of its colour saturation without any distractions from decorations in the background or reflections. Note: there maybe slight colour variations from screen to screen.
Shopping for a ring online can be a little tricky. Especially, when you don't know your ring size and need to figure it out. The best way to determine you ring size is to have it professionally done by a jeweller with a ring mandrel or sizing tool. If you don't have access to a professional, don't worry. There are two ways in which you can determine your size:
Method 1 - Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet. Then, measure the length of the paper or string with a flat (mm) ruler. From here, you can use our sizing chart to match the closest inner circumference to your personal measurement.
Method 2: Using an existing ring that already fits your desired finger, take a gauge or flat (mm) ruler and measure across the center of the ring; from inside edge to inside edge. This will give you the inside diameter of your ring, which can be matched to the measurements provided on our sizing chart.
A well fitted ring will sit comfortably on the finger without moving around or feeling too loose. The ring should also have a little resistance when passing over the knuckle, which helps to ensure that the ring won't fall off.
To ensure a proper fit other factors such as the weather and time of day will need to be considered. A finger can easily swell by a half or full size in warm weather or by the end of the day.
Our Jade rings are offered in a variety of styles. Below is a reference table showing the full range of available style widths. If interested in a wider ring, keep in mind that the larger bands will have a tighter fit. It is highly recommended that one order a half to a full size larger when considering the thicker Jade rings.
|Standard||5 - 6.9mm|
|Thick||7 - 8.9mm|
|X Thick||9 - 10.9mm|
The quality of Jade is based upon the factors of color, translucency, and texture. The color green is the most highly sought after, with lavender being a close second. The transparency of Jade will range from opaque to semi-translucent and it's texture from course to very fine. Translucent material with a fine grain will have the most value.
Each Jade ring has been separated and sorted into collections or unique styles based upon their individual quality and value. Have a look at our full selection here.

Flaws and IMPERFECTIONS
Flaws are common in jade bangle and it's one of the quality factors when it come to assessing jadeite. We inspect each bangle carefully to judge the quality accordingly to determine its value. If our bangles include these flaws, they will be clearly visible through at least one of the photos. Most of these flaws do not affect the durability of the bangle but some maybe considered fragile depending on the significance of the flaw. Prefect bangles are possible however they come with a higher premium. Read more in depth about the quality factors of jadeite in this comprehensive jade bangle guide.
