Returns Policy
As a service to our customers, we offer a 10 days inspection period for Jewellery item(s) purchased online via our website. The 10 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from the shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Full amount refunded is less shipping plus a $15AUD or 9.5% restocking fee (whichever is greater) may apply. No restocking fee for exchanges. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition as it was sent to you with sales tag attached. Any alterations and/or modifications to the tag(s) may not be accepted or incur a restocking fee. If item(s) show signs of wear from usage, it will not be accepted. Item(s) must be in its original packaging, tax invoice and other documentations (if any), sent with the parcel must also be returned together.
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned parcel. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the purchased total included free shipping, the refund amount will be total purchased amount less the shipping cost to us. Appropriate return packaging and return shipping including insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returning item(s) must be sent through registered and insured shipping methods only. All refunds will be credited the same method payment was made on purchase. Any custom design or custom made order items are not eligible for returns. All returns without a return authorisation from us, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.

There is an easy 4 step method to fit a jade bangle onto your wrist. Firstly, you may want to apply some body lotion to help with the procedure. Give your knuckle a massage for about an minute. Then, place the bangle on to your palm as pictured with the thumb folded in. With your other hand, pull the bangle firmly in towards the wrist. Jadeite like other valuable gemstone can be treated to make low quality material appear high quality. These treatment are used to fool unsuspecting buyers into what may seem like a good deal. Treated jade are low in value and can have durability issues. These treatments are categorised into grades or types. All our Jadeite products are Grade A. How our Jade Bangles are Made
All of our Jade Bangles are handcrafted in Myanmar using traditional methods combine with modern machinery. Each bangle has been carved out of a large boulder of Jadeite then shaped into a specific style by hand and polished using bamboo trees. See the whole process here.
Flaws and IMPERFECTIONS
Flaws are common in jade bangle and it's one of the quality factors when it come to assessing jadeite. We inspect each bangle carefully to judge the quality accordingly to determine its value. If our bangles include these flaws, they will be clearly visible through at least one of the photos. Most of these flaws do not affect the durability of the bangle but some maybe considered fragile depending on the significance of the flaw.
