The 15 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from our shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 days to major cities around the world with FedEx International Priority service, i.e., USA and Canada typically 3-5 days, UK typically 4-6 days, Singapore and Malaysia typically 3-5 days, EU Countries typically 4-7 days.

For order under $200AUD, a flat-rate of $15 applies for domestic addresses and around $35 for international addresses.
